Happy Valentine’s! – Behind the Scenes

Just about a week before Valentine’s, we decided to make a short film for the occasion.
Here’s what went down:

My team and I got together for an intense session of brainstorming for video plot – something simple and sweet. One spark of an idea led to another, it was a pretty productive meeting with many brilliant concepts exchanging across the table. Funny thing is, none of it turn out to be the final plot. Good times, nonetheless.

Due to the limited time I have in Davis, I wasn’t able to help out with this video project myself. And with just less than 7 days for production, I was afraid this might be a tough task to complete. Despite being their first time filming and editing a short film and the short amount of time provided, they pulled it off. Really well, too.

↑Prop, check.

↑Adrienne’s ready to roll.

↑Tim’s got the swag to take on the world.

Thanks for all the people that came out for the shoot!

↑Josh’s pretty “into” cameras, too.

↑Heart broken..

↑Adrienne’s demonstration.

↑Nailed it.

↑The girl who saved the world.

Final stretch!

Special thanks to Donald!
And David for filming:

Karen and Eden for providing all the photos for “behind the scenes”:

Billy [My Broskies] also put out a hilarious video for the single people out there!

Happy Valentine’s 🙂
