uglieTV x MKP x TIZ - Design Process

After months of planning, we’ve finally settled on a design and ready for its release. Like most of Marvin’s own apparel collection via MKP store, this particular item is pre-order exclusive. It’s either now or never.

Met Marvin through Rolo (dunksrnice) about one year back. Through which I’ve witnessed many of Marvin’s endeavor to global domination – he’s reached to all sorts of social media platforms with his visual graphic design and video productions, but I’ll talk about the specifics in a bit.

After moving from Ohio a few years ago, Marvin spent majority of his time on active blog posts via Marvin King Presents and quite a few projects from follow the follow, where he features uprising artists with a strong passion that inspires others, to Primo, his latest clothing brand collection. He’s eating passion for breakfast.

Of his many on going projects, we decided to collaborate between the man himself and one of his independent YouTube identity – uglietv, a channel to highlight his adventures to all sorts of wild events and various experimental videos.

I originally picked up this TV (free of charge, yeayuh) for a video project, but due to time constraints, we decided to postpone it to later. Vintage TVs are cool, but now only as cool as the corner of room. Collecting dust.

But soon after, Marvin put out the “how to hold a DSLR” design, which we both think would relate more closely to our interests and, hence, suits better for this collabo.
